Michelle’s Bio

Michelle Kais a licensed marriage and family therapist in Florida. She is passionate about helping ambitious moms of little ones move from overwhelming mommy guilt. She has been deemed “The Mommy Consultant” because mommy is a job and if we can move to approach motherhood as seriously as we do careers we could change the mindset of a generation. She helps moms feel more mindful and connected so they can pass down generational wellness to their kids. She has worked in the past in schools and psychiatric facilities with families. She currently runs her own private practice and digital product business focused on mommy wellness. Currently she is building a wellness retreat for therapists so they can feel more connected, purposeful and fall back in love with their work. She loves spending time by the pool with her family and her dog while reading, meditating,​ and trying to be grateful within the mess of mommyhood.
